ClubWise Mobile has been designed specifically for club staff and includes many of the great features of the ClubWise system, allowing your team to perform member management tasks on the gym floor using a tablet or smartphone. This makes your staff visible to members and able to interact more freely, providing the flexibility required to service members more effectively.
Current features include member management, booking and class scheduling, staff management including rota, diary and task list, check in features, marketing and communication tools as well as ‘on the go’ reporting via a mobile dashboard.
We are excited to be kicking off the New Year with several enhancements. Let’s take a look:
1. Provide a better training/coaching service with the ability to take a member’s body composition measurement directly in ClubWise Mobile
When using FitSense My Body to measure track and record a member’s body composition, we have added the ability for trainers to take a member’s body composition measurement directly in ClubWise Mobile, helping you to provide a more seamless and professional training service. This new feature eliminates the need for members to take the measurement themselves and then hand their phone over to their trainer for interpretation, making it a smooth, contactless experience for both trainer and member.
All body composition measurements taken by a trainer in ClubWise Mobile will be visible to the member in the FitSense Member App, meaning they can still track and monitor their progress independently via their app.

2. Add custom exercise videos to the FitSense Workout Module with ClubWise Mobile
Great news! You can now add custom exercises to the FitSense Workout Planner through ClubWise Mobile, allowing you to be more even more prescriptive with your training programmes! You can even add exercise videos featuring your own trainers, for a more cohesive brand experience. This is a great step forward in helping you optimise your PT/Coaching service.
We’ve made sure the process of uploading new exercises in ClubWise Mobile is fast and simple, while members can easily access the new exercises via their FitSense Member App, in the usual way.
3. Get an instant view of a member’s current ‘status’
You can now get an instant view of a member’s current status with the new ‘Status’ tab in the Member Profile. Having this insight will help you identify if any action needs to be taken, such as if the member still needs to digitally sign their membership agreement, or they are on hold and not permitted to enter the club.
It’s also great for being able to see important membership information such as what type of membership the member has and whether or not they are still under contract!
4. Need to freeze a member on the go? Just open ClubWise Mobile!
You can now freeze a membership on the go in ClubWise Mobile, providing the flexibility you need to manage freeze requests without having to clog up reception. This functionality also allows you to upload corresponding documentation if required, just simply take a photo using your device and upload it. Freeze complete!
5. Create professional Rewards vouchers with this enhancement!
When creating new rewards vouchers in ClubWise Mobile for the integrated FitSense Rewards Loyalty Programme, we have added the ability to resize the voucher banner and logo images to ensure they do not look stretched or squeezed in! This allows you to create professional looking vouchers that will engage and delight your members.
We have also added the ability for you to limit the number of available vouchers, helping you to manage your FitSense Rewards Loyalty Programme more effectively.
